Bailey's Express operates as a non-profit organization in conjunction with organizations such as the Southern Association of Amateur Athletic Union, SPAR (Shreveport Parks and Recreation), and others. We are able to make all donations to our programs tax-deductible. All proceeds go to Bailey's Express Youth. We are also able to offer the following extras depending on the level of contribution that you make.
A presenting sponsor is the most supportive and exclusive level of sponsorship. This sponsorship gives your company carte blanche and complete recognition in everything we do. Not only will your company name be incorporated into our league title, but it will also be integrated into all of our events and marketing tactics. Examples of benefits your organization will enjoy:
Investment: $10,000-$15,000
Contract Duration: One Year
Limited to one (1) sponsor per year
The money from our Presenting League Sponsor will be used to cover the major cost of essential operating expenses such as:
MVP Sponsors are essential to youth Basketball leagues. Typically, MVP sponsors are recognized as major contributors in a specific league program (i.e. Scholarship Program). Benefits of an MVP sponsor are:
Investment: $3,500-$5,000
Contract Duration: One year
Two (2) or more sponsors a year.
The money from MVP Sponsors will be used to finance the registration fees of those players that otherwise would not be able to participate due to financial constraints.
Team sponsors allow teams to raise money for team-led functions and events. A team sponsor will be recognized as a partner of the team. Benefits include:
Investment: $1,000
Contract Duration: One year
Three (3) or more sponsors per year.
Team helpers offset the cost of team operation expenses such as practice jerseys, mouth pieces, practice balls and practice equipment. A team helper will be recognized as a contributor to the team. Benefits include:
Investment: Less than $1,000
Contact Duration: One Year
Multiple sponsorships per year.
